After looking at many glasses for shooting to replace the cheap Remingtons I had I finally decided to try these. These are nice glasses. The frame is sturdy and the side ears are very thin and can not be felt under ear muffs. Changing the lens are easy once you see how they are done. The plastic lens are MUCH thicker than those Remingtons and now question just how good those were. They sit a bit higher above my eyes so shooting my rifle with iron sights will be much easier now and will not cause me to keep pushing them up all the time while in prone. I don't see how you can go wrong with these for the price. While I call them glasses they are really a thick plastic material. And totaly free of any distortion along with being crystal clear.

The Smith Aegis Echo is a fantastic product. The quality is top notch. Each earpiece is very slim and does not interfere with your hearing protection. Lenses change over quickly and easily. The lens' are quite thick and will hopefully provide much more protection than the $5 hardware store models. I am VERY happy with them.
