These glasses are great overall and worth the price. They are light and fit comfortably and have a soft, adjustable retention strap attached to the ear pieces. The LED lights rotate up and down and cast a wide arc so there's plenty of light to shine on your work area. If it's too bright turn off one of the lights. When you are done using them, rotate the lights backwards to the stow position before folding the ear pieces and placing the glasses in the soft bag that's provided.
Only reason I did not rate this product as a 5 is that the glasses do not completely fit over regular glasses.

I work as a flight nurse on both helicopter and fixed wing aircraft. We often fly at night using minimal lighting as not to adversely effect the pilots night vision with bright cabin lights. These glasses are the best option I have found to date. Far better than a headlamp or flashlight. They serve a dual purpose in both providing light and offering protection from inadvertent biological contamination. They fit comfortably even under my flight helmet. I would highly recommend this product to any flight crew member. In fact I emailed a link for these glasses to everyone at our base.

I work at a diesel shop and am constantly underneath the trucks with a flashlight in my mouth and hands full of tools. These safety glasses took care of that problem! The quality of the glasses and the LED lights are great! They fit comfortably and are light weight. The lights are very bright and have a wide beam to illuminate your project without causing a glare on the lenses. They come with a strap and case. Worth the money! The glasses don't fog up in cold weather. I was outside in -15 F weather and they remained clear. I am getting more for everyone else in the shop!
